My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with rose petals and towel art on the bed, creating a pleasant and comfy atmosphere. The spacious room, luxurious shower, and charming terrace made it difficult to leave. However, the dining options were not to my taste, being limited to a menu only. The service was exceptional, guiding us to explore Cuernavaca's hidden gems and offering various convenient amenities. The location, although in a lovely neighborhood, was not at the same level as the rest of the hotel.

The service was incredibly nice, with friendly and accommodating staff that even recommended the chef to make pasta 'al dente' knowing I am Italian. They offered a range of services from room service to airport shuttle, making our stay hassle-free.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only very nice, clean, and comfortable but also incredibly spacious with a shower that made me never want to leave the bathroom. The terrace outside the room was the perfect spot for enjoying room service or a classy meal. The hotel blends modern amenities with a traditional Mexican old world charm, creating a beautiful ambiance that exceeded my expectations. However, the location wasn't on par with the rest of the hotel, and I found some areas not at the main building.
